Sahil Ghei
Managing Partner
Sahil Ghei is the Managing Partner of White Olive Law Partners LLP and a seasoned litigator with over a decade of experience representing clients across India’s leading judicial forums. Based in New Delhi, his primary seat of practice is the Delhi High Court, while he regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various National Tribunals, and appellate authorities.
With a strong foundation in litigation and dispute resolution, Sahil advises and represents individuals, businesses, and institutions in a wide range of legal matters. His core areas of practice include civil litigation, family law, administrative law, environmental law, cyber law, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms. He is recognized for his strategic thinking, meticulous preparation, and practical, solution-oriented approach to complex legal challenges.
Beyond courtroom advocacy, Sahil is committed to promoting legal awareness and compliance. He is a certified trainer who conducts POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) training programs for organizations, helping employers build legally compliant, safe, and inclusive workplaces. He also delivers awareness sessions on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, educating institutions, professionals, and stakeholders on child protection laws and safeguarding responsibilities.

Chankita Malhotra is a Legal Associate at White Olive Law Partners LLP, where she represents clients with dedication, precision, and a solution-oriented approach. Maryam is an Associate at White Olive Law Partners LLP, where she assists clients across a broad spectrum of litigation and advisory matters. Puja Nath is a Paralegal Intern at White Olive Law Partners LLP and is currently pursuing her B.A. LL.B. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She supports the firm's legal team through legal research, drafting, case analysis, and document preparation while gaining practical exposure to diverse areas of law. Her areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Company Law, Family Law, and Cyber Law. She is particularly interested in exploring the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on legal systems, governance, and emerging regulatory frameworks. Rakesh Gupta
Rakesh Gupta is a Legal Intern at White Olive Law Partners LLP and a final-year law student at the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (2024–2027). He assists the firm's legal team with legal research, drafting, case preparation, and litigation support, gaining valuable practical exposure to courtroom proceedings and legal practice. Before joining White Olive, Rakesh interned with reputed law firms and advocates, where he developed experience in legal research, drafting, and case analysis. He is also an active member of the Criminal Law Society, Legal Aid Society, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Society at the Campus Law Centre, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. His areas of interest include Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Corporate Law, Arbitration & ADR, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Babita Singh
Babita Singh serves as the HR Head at White Olive Law Partners LLP, where she is responsible for managing the firm’s human resources, recruitment, employee engagement, workplace policies, and organizational development. She is committed to creating a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment that encourages growth, integrity, and excellence.
Alongside her HR responsibilities, Babita is a Counsellor and Life Coach at Safe Harbour Counselling Services LLP. She works with individuals to overcome personal and professional challenges, build confidence, develop resilience, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Her counselling and coaching approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and practical, goal-oriented guidance.
With experience in human resources, administration, client relations, counselling, and coaching, Babita brings a people-first perspective to every role she undertakes.
